The Scope of work which is involved in this QAMCPRO

– One Time Installation & Configuration of the device

– To Check the NAS Security and device health check;

– Firmware and application update services of the device

– Telephonic and Remote Support to the user 8/5

– Standby Unit allocation during RMA/Downtime period within 72 hours, faulty spare back to SMC service center;

– HDD/SSD failure replacement direct as per OEM clause;

– This is add-on pack with in the warranty;
